The Data Controller processes only personal data for which the user of the Website has given prior consent. Personal data shall be processed for a clearly defined purpose and only for the period strictly necessary to achieve that purpose. The purpose of the data processing described below is to enable interested parties to contact the Data Controller through the Website. Cookies – Data Relating to Website Visitors
Certain parts of the Website may place so-called “cookies” on visitors’ devices. Together with other methods used to measure website traffic, these cookies provide information about visits to specific pages of the Website. They do not collect any personal data. Order Form

• Legal basis: the user’s voluntary consent, provided when submitting an e-mail through the Website indicating which product they wish to order. The visitor cannot submit the form unless they consent to the processing of their personal data by the Data Controller.
• Categories of personal data processed: name, e-mail address, selected package size, quantity, delivery address, telephone number and message.
• Purpose of processing: contacting the Data Controller and requesting a quotation.
• Retention period: until the consent is withdrawn.

The Website is hosted on servers operated by SiteGround Hosting Ltd., which acts as a data processor in its capacity as hosting provider.
The Data Controller protects personal data in particular against unauthorised access, alteration, transmission, disclosure, deletion or destruction, as well as accidental destruction or damage. Together with the server operator, the Data Controller implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks associated with the processing of personal data.

The data subject has the right to request information regarding the processing of their personal data and may request the modification, rectification or deletion of such data through any of the Data Controller’s contact details. The Data Controller shall inform the data subject of any rectification or deletion and shall also notify any recipients to whom the data was previously disclosed for processing purposes. Such notification may be omitted where this does not prejudice the legitimate interests of the data subject, taking into account the purpose of the processing. The data subject may object to the processing of their personal data where:

• the processing or transfer of personal data is necessary solely for the enforcement of the rights or legitimate interests of the Data Controller or the data recipient, unless such processing is required by law
• the personal data is used or transferred for direct marketing, public opinion research or scientific research purposes
• the exercise of the right to object is otherwise permitted by law.

The Data Controller shall inform the data subject of the action taken in response to their request without undue delay and no later than one month after receipt of the request. Where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, this period may be extended by a further two months. The Data Controller shall inform the data subject of any such extension within one month of receiving the request, together with the reasons for the delay. The Data Controller shall compensate for any damage caused by unlawful processing of the data subject’s personal data or by a breach of technical data protection requirements. The Data Controller shall be exempt from liability if it proves that the damage was caused by circumstances beyond the scope of data processing. No compensation shall be payable where the damage resulted from the injured party’s intentional conduct or gross negligence.

Judicial remedy: The data subject may bring legal proceedings against the Data Controller or the Data Processor if they believe that their personal data has been unlawfully processed or otherwise handled in breach of applicable data protection requirements.
